Which hand? – As Rawlings is an American brand they label their products differently from the UK. The gloves are marked Regular or Right Handed, which refers to the hand the glove will go on and you will catch with.
A regular hand is apparently your left hand in the US!!
So if you throw or hit the ball with your Regular (left) hand then you will need a right handed glove and vice versa if you throw or hit the ball with your right hand then you will need a Regular (left) handed glove.
